A Homemade Colon Cleansing Diet Guide

The colon is an essential part of your body’s digestive system. If it becomes clogged, the body is no longer able to remove waste, toxins and bacteria. These unhealthy waste products begin to accumulate inside the colon and are recycled back into your body, causing them to affect other organs in the body.

You will need to change your diet to one that is balanced and healthy. Increase the numbers of glasses of water your consume to 6-8 a day and start eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, wholes grains and cereals.

Foods that will help in increasing your bowl movements are lemon juice, grape juice, apple cider vinegar and cayenne. Herbs that will also help and you may want to try aloe leaf, cascara sargrada, ginger, cayenne pepper and senna. These herbs and foods can be combined in drinks, added to meals or consumed separately.

Once you have finished your diet you will need to keep the foods that you eat balanced and healthy to ensure that your colon stays cleansed.
