The reason for snoring and erectile dysfunction
Is there any connection between snoring and erectile dysfunction?
I’ve noticed what at first may look like a strange pattern. Many clients who bought my stop snoring program later purchased and benefited from my erectile dysfunction program and vise verse.
I don’t have any clear management in any other programs of mine.
Snoring and erectile dysfunction both happen to be most common among men over 40. This is however not the real reason for this connection between these two totally different programs.
The real reason is that the underlying cause for snoring is very similar to the underlying cause for erectile dysfunction. Snoring can even lead to erectile dysfunction and vise versa.
Erectile dysfunction is caused by lack of blood flow into the penis. This is most often caused by tension and weakness of the muscles around the genital area. Train these muscles and you’ll be healed.
Snoring is caused blocks in the breathing passages. These blocks are caused by tension and weakness of the muscles around the breathing passages. Train these muscles and you’ll be trained.
These conditions are just a mere sign for a bigger problem. Men who snores or suffers from erectile dysfunction can easily experience stroke and heart attack. Therefore, they are sure to suffer either one of these attacks at some point in their lifetime until and unless they do something about these conditions.
Why Is That?
However, these small, delicate muscles (around the genitals and breathing passages) do not get weak or tense suddenly. Slowly and gradually the narrowing of the veins (caused by cholesterol, smoking etc.), hardens or weakens them.
Emotional tensions does act to make these muscles tense and even blocks the nutrition to flow.
Snoring and sleep apnea does have another serious side effects. Many snorers does suffer from sleep apnea and do not realize it. Sleep apnea is a condition where several times at night the breathing passage closes up completely and results in the feeling of suffocation. People suffering from this condition often wakes up (completely or unconsciously) gasping for air.
Tension causes the veins and the muscles present in the back of the neck to stiffen. Gradually, they get smaller and are not capable to deliver enough oxygen to the brain. And if something is wrong afterwards, then the person receives a heart attack.
But these veins and muscles present in the neck are not the only one that get tense due to oxygen deprivation while snoring (sleep apnea). It could also happen with the heart. It also happens to the veins and muscles present in the genital area, which causes erectile dysfunction.
So What Is The Solution?
In order to deal with the condition itself and to heal the harm done already, you do require to train these muscles and try to relief them of the tension thats been a burden to these muscles. Actually, these are small muscles to whom we never pay any attention or train them.
Does anybody except me talk about training the throat? How about training the small delicate muscles that help us pee? Nobody sees these muscles but they’re essential to our health and well being.
If you are suffering from snoring then you should focus on the muscles present around the throat following the exercise from the stop snoring exercises program.
If you suffer from erectile dysfunction, you’ll focus on the muscles around the genitals using the exercises fro the erectile dysfunction program.
If you are suffering from snoring and ED (like I explained in the beginning that many of my clients do) then you should put extra effort by exercising both the areas.
And then, you may want to think about changing your life style. The heart attack prevention propaganda is so strong that you probably know a lot about what is recommended to prevent this condition.
You need to apply this knowledge in order to prevent other fundamental causes of erectile dysfunction, snoring and stroke. Whatever is good for the heart is always better for your overall health.
