Create PDF E-Books

When I first wanted to sell ebooks, I was overwhelmed. How do I put my e-book on my website? How do I turn my e-book into a PDF so others can read it? My list of questions went on and on. As I researched e-books, I discovered it is really quite simple. All I had to do was use the right shareware to create PDF ebooks. Once I found the software, the rest fell into place quite nicely.

My favorite way to publish an e-book is with a PDF file. Don’t get scared at a new term. A PDF is basically a small file that anybody can read on any computer with any operating system. This is one of the best ways to satisfy PC and MAC users. A PDF is also easy to move around. You can even attach it to an email if it’s small enough.

Create pdf e-books using free shareware found online. The software is free, and very easy to use. If you can print your document, you can create a PDF. Simply go online to Google and search for “pdf995″. Download your free software, and get ready to create a PDF e-book.

Once the software is installed in your computer, it works in the same way as your printer. Open your document and click the “print” button. A screen pops up which allows you to select the printer you wish to use. Use the drop down menu to select the PDF maker, and select “print”. Instead of printing, your document will be converted into a PDF. Once that happens, anyone can read it on any computer, using any operating system.

There are other “Create PDF ebook shareware” programs available. As you look for the software that’s best for you, be sure you get one that keeps your links clickable in the PDF. When you customer is reading your ebook and comes to a link you’ve included, they should be able to click that link and be transported to that web page.

Beware because any free PDF software programs do not create clickable links. If you want to use your ebook to sell other products online, you must have links that click.

Once you have a PDF e-book, learn how to put e-books on your website. It is simple to drag and drop your PDF onto the server. When a buyer purchases your book, they receive the link to access the PDF. It is easy to create PDFs that offer security and portability, while allowing everyone to read it. It’s easy - you’ll love it!

The reason for snoring and erectile dysfunction

Is there any connection between snoring and erectile dysfunction?

I’ve noticed what at first may look like a strange pattern. Many clients who bought my stop snoring program later purchased and benefited from my erectile dysfunction program and vise verse.

I don’t have any clear management in any other programs of mine.

Snoring and erectile dysfunction both happen to be most common among men over 40. This is however not the real reason for this connection between these two totally different programs.

The real reason is that the underlying cause for snoring is very similar to the underlying cause for erectile dysfunction. Snoring can even lead to erectile dysfunction and vise versa.

Erectile dysfunction is caused by lack of blood flow into the penis. This is most often caused by tension and weakness of the muscles around the genital area. Train these muscles and you’ll be healed.

Snoring is caused blocks in the breathing passages. These blocks are caused by tension and weakness of the muscles around the breathing passages. Train these muscles and you’ll be trained.

These conditions are just a mere sign for a bigger problem. Men who snores or suffers from erectile dysfunction can easily experience stroke and heart attack. Therefore, they are sure to suffer either one of these attacks at some point in their lifetime until and unless they do something about these conditions.

Why Is That?

However, these small, delicate muscles (around the genitals and breathing passages) do not get weak or tense suddenly. Slowly and gradually the narrowing of the veins (caused by cholesterol, smoking etc.), hardens or weakens them.

Emotional tensions does act to make these muscles tense and even blocks the nutrition to flow.

Snoring and sleep apnea does have another serious side effects. Many snorers does suffer from sleep apnea and do not realize it. Sleep apnea is a condition where several times at night the breathing passage closes up completely and results in the feeling of suffocation. People suffering from this condition often wakes up (completely or unconsciously) gasping for air.

Tension causes the veins and the muscles present in the back of the neck to stiffen. Gradually, they get smaller and are not capable to deliver enough oxygen to the brain. And if something is wrong afterwards, then the person receives a heart attack.

But these veins and muscles present in the neck are not the only one that get tense due to oxygen deprivation while snoring (sleep apnea). It could also happen with the heart. It also happens to the veins and muscles present in the genital area, which causes erectile dysfunction.

So What Is The Solution?

In order to deal with the condition itself and to heal the harm done already, you do require to train these muscles and try to relief them of the tension thats been a burden to these muscles. Actually, these are small muscles to whom we never pay any attention or train them.

Does anybody except me talk about training the throat? How about training the small delicate muscles that help us pee? Nobody sees these muscles but they’re essential to our health and well being.

If you are suffering from snoring then you should focus on the muscles present around the throat following the exercise from the stop snoring exercises program.

If you suffer from erectile dysfunction, you’ll focus on the muscles around the genitals using the exercises fro the erectile dysfunction program.

If you are suffering from snoring and ED (like I explained in the beginning that many of my clients do) then you should put extra effort by exercising both the areas.

And then, you may want to think about changing your life style. The heart attack prevention propaganda is so strong that you probably know a lot about what is recommended to prevent this condition.

You need to apply this knowledge in order to prevent other fundamental causes of erectile dysfunction, snoring and stroke. Whatever is good for the heart is always better for your overall health.

Baby Shower Games

There are literally hundreds of different games that you can play at a baby shower, some are fun and some and not. If you are planning a baby shower or even wondering what will be done at your own I have decided to compile a list of some of the baby shower games that you can play.

The Name Game If you are looking for a simple game that everyone can be involved in, the name game is your choice. If the parents know what they are going to name the baby and they are willing to share it with the guests, this fun game can be played at the party. The guests will use each letter of the baby’s name to make new words. Whoever comes up with the best or most unique words is the winner.

Mother’s Weight. Most people would not even think of playing a game like this at a baby shower. Many women are sensitive about their weight gain during pregnancy. In fact, I have only been to one shower where w played this. I have to admit it was a lot of fun, but the mother was very confident and happy with her body, and this is a must for playing this game. It is as simple as guessing the mother to be’s weight, she should model at the front of the room, doing some turns so everyone can see the whole package. The person who is the closest wins a prize.

Baby Bottle Bowling This is a game better for the younger than the older to play. You will need some baby bottles filled with a liquid; these are your bowling pins. You will need some bowling balls, small balls such as street hockey balls or tennis balls will work fine. You will need to set some rules. You may play only two shots, and the best score wins, or maybe best score after three frames. The person with the best score wins a prize. If you want a smaller game you could separate the guests into groups and have a group prize. Then ask the group to select one bowler. Whoever wins out of the bowler wins a group prize for everyone in their group.

Word Scramble. The word scramble is a basic game that can be played at any baby shower. Scramble up numerous baby related words, at least 10, no more than 25, and pass out the sheets to the guests face down. Let them know that they are going to participate in a timed game unscrambling baby words and the winner is the one with the most correct words at the end. Make sure you include some more challenging words to make a game out of it. If you have older guests include some old fashioned words or phrases as well.

Not Allowed. This is an interesting game where at the start of the party you list some actions or phrases that are not allowed to be mentioned during the party, such as not saying the word labor or the phrase whatever or no one is allowed to roll their eyes of pat someone else’s hand. After mentioning all the things that are not allowed to be done or said pass out something baby related like pacifiers, one to each person. Everytime someone catches another person doing something which is not allowed they can take all of the pacifiers that person has. Near the end of the party count up who has the most pacifiers and that person is the winner.

Baby Advice Game This game is a way for the guests to share their insights with the new parents. From the time a woman announces her pregnancy on, everyone, including perfect strangers, wants to help her by giving unsolicited advice. At some point, usually rather soon, a women stops listening. BY having this game people can share advice that the parents will at least consider. You should buy a special book or make shapes like hearts or flowers out of large construction paper. Let the guests each write down whatever they want, advice, stories, etc., for the mother. The parents can read them later when they are willing to listen to what everyone has to say.

There are so many games that you can play at a shower, and listed above are a few of the best. Make sure you decide carefully on which to choose and take into consideration the guests, time limits and what the mother would approve.

Even if you may not know it, there are service providers sustaining the credit card processing activity, such as credit bureaus. Try to keep a good credit history, because the records of your payments are kept by them. That means that the credit rates and the credit history can be easily checked when you apply for a credit card.

No matter where you get your credit card from, you have terms and conditions to respect and if you fail to do that, you may discover that you are not able to pay your debts and you can also face the situation where future credit card applications are denied because you do not seem to be reliable and give back the money you “borrow”, according to your bad credit ratings.

Credit card processing means that more services cooperate for the success of this activity, which is managed by experts. It has been as well a source of employment as staff is necessary since your application, in any stage of the credit card processing.

The First Steps Into The World Of Credits: Student Credit Cards

Wine Tours: North Carolina Offers Surprises

As a long time student of history and geography, there are certain travel destinations that hold a great opportunity to experience the best of both. In terms of historical pride and geographical diversity, perhaps no state offers more of both than North Carolina. North Carolina is indeed a study in contrasts, and those contrasts offer travelers some very pleasant surprises.

One look at a map of North Carolina tells part of the story. In the far western part of the state, the Appalachian mountains provide a scenic backdrop. The central Piedmont area is home to growing cities along with a technological hub. Further east is a naturalists paradise - windswept beaches, coastal plains, and picturesque harborside communities.

Amidst it all, the North Carolina wine industry thrives. In vineyards and wineries from the mountains to the coast, North Carolina boasts the 10th largest grape and wine production in the United States. Each distinct North Carolina area offers different varieties of grapes, producing quite possibly one of the widest variety of wine styles in the country.

Here in North Carolina, growers still produce the hardy muscadine grape, a staple in southeastern states. Yet, this is just one small part of grape growing and wine growing here. Vintners in the mountain and Piedmont region of North Carolina have planted traditional European grape varieties and French-American Hybrids, with the result being a surprising and ever evolving selection of wines for travelers and wine lovers.

North Carolina Wine: Tar Heel State Surprises

In the far southeastern corner of North Carolina, four wineries offer travelers a scenic wine trail to explore and enjoy. Each of the four offer wines made with the southern staple, the muscadine grape. But it’s not all about muscadine wine here. There is a suprising array of wine styles to sample and enjoy, and something for even the most discriminating of palates.

Just over the South Carolina border, Silver Coast Winery offers a tranquil respite 15 minutes inland from the Atlantic coast. This winery has garnered several international wine competition awards and among other offerings, turns out an impressive oak chardonnay.

Just a short drive further up the coast, you’ll enter Wilmington, a beautiful historic port city which is often used for television and movie filmings. Most of Wilmington’s downtown area is on the National Register of Historic Places, and it’s here that you’ll find Lumina Winery. Lumina is well know for their adventurous wines and use of fruits. If you’ve never tried a black rasberry merlot, don’t pass up the chance to try it here.

Take a couple of days to enjoy Wilmington and then head a few miles up Interstate 40. You’ll discover two more wineries, including North Carolina’s largest and oldest, Duplin Winery. Duplin produces over 250,000 cases a year and their Hatteras Red is quite possibly North Carolina’s most well known wine. Nearby is Bannerman Vineyard and Winery, producing muscadine varieties from their on site vineyard. Be sure to sample their White Oak semi sweet white, a fruity and approachable white table wine.

North Carolina’s wine industry continues to grow and thrive. There are now over 70 wineries in the state and three distinct grape growing areas. Whether it’s the mountains in the western part of the state, the central Piedmont area, or the wind swept coast, you’ll find great wine and true southern hospitality.

Best Bathroom Tile Ideas for the Chic Woman

Coming up with bathroom tile ideas is not as difficult as you may think. A little knowledge on tile types, a dash of imagination and a little bit of patience are all you need to create your dream bathroom. First, you need to think about the materials you want for your bathroom. Here is a list of all the different types of bathroom tiles:

- The Ceramic Kind - It’s non-porous, durable and affordable making it a practical tile for the bathroom. It’s resistant to water so it’s safe to walk on when wet. Ceramics are very easy to clean and maintain. When combined with a slip-resistant surface, this makes it the best bathroom idea so far.

- Travertine - This is formed by shifts in the earth’s crust. It produces a uniform surface unlike the other marbles and is ideal for bathroom walls and floors.

- Granite Tiles- This is the most durable and easiest to clean. It can also withstand wear and tear.

- Glass - Glass is another affordable alternative. It can be used in different bathroom wall styles - as a border or as mosaics. What makes this different from the other tiles is that it has a unique reflection when light hits glass. If you are going for that bold, contemporary look, you might want to use uniform colored stained convex glass pieces. When these are combined in plaster they make a wonderful glass mosaic.

- Slates Type - These tiles have an anti-slip finish which makes it an ideal choice for bathroom wall and especially floors. You may also install these in showers, tubs or floors.

- Marble - A type of natural stone wherein it has its own textured appearance. An advantage of natural stones is that they have their own distinct color and texture.

Bathroom Tile Shapes and Accent Pieces

There are a lot of choices to choose from when it comes to bathroom tiles. Common shapes are squares, rectangles, hexagons and octagons. Feel free to play with accent pieces to make a good design. Accent pieces may sometimes be narrow tiles or small diamond-shaped tiles.

Colors to Reflect your Mood

Another consideration is the color. Each color reflects a certain emotion. Below is a list of some of the most commonly used colors in decorating bathrooms.

- Peach, yellow and other warm colors represent fun. This makes your bathroom feel cozier and have a country-look about it.

- Beige and white are neutral colors and may make your room appear larger than it really is. These colors are always in style.

- To create an ambiance and atmosphere of serenity and calmness, use cool colors such as blue, green and violet.

- For drama, use red and black colors. Since it absorbs light, it may make your room appear smaller than it really is. Bright colors are good for rooms that have plenty of windows and natural lighting passing through it. This helps balance the ambiance lighting in the room.

Bathroom Tile Ideas

You can use any of these styles when decorating your bathroom:

- You can use a single color scheme for ceramic bathroom floor tile and pair it with a tile border of a different color. You can use alternate colors if you like for the tile border.

- If you’d like to use the same color of ceramic tile for your floor and wall, you can also use different tile sizes for an interesting visual effect for your room. You may also align the tiles either on your wall or floor diagonally.

- Don’t be afraid to experiment with colors. Just add decorative tiles of your favorite shade of color or if you like, use different shapes, textures and borders.

- Pairing ceramic tile colors with contrasting grout colors is also an excellent idea. To preserve grout colors, apply sealers to grout lines.

- Other bathroom tile ideas are the use of standard blends and gradients. Standard blends help enhance the surface design of your bathroom dcor and thus giving it a modern look. Gradients give your room a dramatic effect.

Would You Like To Create An Intention List?

An intention list is a very effective tool when it comes to manifesting with the Law of Attraction. Basically, an intention list is a list of everything you desire and hope to realize. Building your list is a great manifestation meditation, and reviewing your list will add fuel to the fire. Let’s talk more about what an intention list is and how you can create one.

Ponder over all of the worldly pleasures you desire, and start to write them down. You may write things along these lines a plasma tv set, a brand-new automobile, a new residence, a great job, a million dollars, a vacation to Hawaii, etc. Just note down one item per line and write until you’ve depleted your goals. More will occur to you over the next hour and even week, and you’ll need to add them when they do.

Creating the list should put you in an excited frame of mind, which is perfect for manifesting. What you should do when the list is finished, since you’ll in all likelihood be tired out by then, is to display it in a place that you will look at it every day. Display it in your bathroom, or bedroom, or someplace that you are able to stop and look it over daily. You don’t need to study your full list every day! Several items will stand out at you as the most attention-getting, and what you should do then is to highlight those items.

Now every day as you go by your list, stop for a second and check over the highlighted items. Imagine the feeling you will have when you obtain that item. Feel your excitement and happiness. Then continue with your day. By placing a little more energy into your intent day after day, you will find that several of your highlighted items will manifest quickly. When something on your intention list manifests, merely put a nice big checkmark by it and highlight another item that you want.

Little by little, you will find that the items on your list are manifesting in your life, and week by week your unchecked highlighted items will be changing. The more this occurs, the more you will believe in the process, and the faster other items will manifest. You will quickly find that an intention list will be something you always want to keep around. They are fun to write, fun to read, and most importantly, that fun translates into emotion which translates into energy which translates into manifestation!

When you have completely finished one list, tuck it away somewhere safe. One day you may enjoy looking back through past lists and seeing just how much success you’ve had with the Law of Attraction. If that doesn’t appeal to you, I advise you to take a more pagan route - destroy the past list in order to free up the energy it contains. You may burn the paper, flush it (piece by piece!) or bury it in the earth, anything to release it back into the universe as a completed desire. Whichever way you choose to treat your old lists, I think the emphasis is on recognizing that you have successfully manifested your desires and that you may now use your energy to manifest new ones.

Great organizations and great nations have formed and thrive with the pure intent of legal cash gifting. These like-minded people believe that together through unconditional giving they can eliminate scarcity in the world.

There is a vision of how life could be that is shared by many. In this common ideology, the world can work for all. Legions of men, women and families have learned the blessings that occur in all aspects of their lives as a result of giving and receiving freely in legal cash gifting.

These individuals all around the globe imagine a world where peoples treasures, both physical and immaterial, can be shared without worry or harassment. They seem to GET IT, they embrace the precept of a fundamental right to give and receive freely through legal cash gifting.

These people believe that indulgence will be replaced with gratefulness; yearning will be replaced with fruitfulness; and insolence will evolve into a spirit of free giving.

Amendment XIV of the U.S. Constitution states in congruent part: “No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of the citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

Reasonable individuals would agree that law is put into place to protect the innocent. Most of these people would also believe in following and abiding by the law. Legal cash gifting is about being helpful, kind, accountable and selfless all the while understanding the universal law of sewing and reaping with pure intent.

There is one legal cash gifting group that practice private giving and receiving among their participants. In addition, it seems to be the only cash gifting activity with a 501 (c) 3 License and has been operating for over 9 years. Relative to other fly by night illegal cash cash gifting programs this one seems most compliant with sate and federal laws.

The difference with this group of legal cash gifters, besides the 501 (c) 3 License, is the fact that an individual can start with $100.00 one time out of pocket. That beats the pants off of the 500, 1500, $3500 price-tags on most other cash gifting programs. What’s more, is there are no qualifying one-up’s. What seems to top it off is there is no requirement to market whatsoever after joining, its mostly on auto pilot.

Sounds like something fresh and different. It appears that there is a legal cash gifting (legitimate) program out there after all.

You Can Cure Bronchitis

Are you trying to find a cure for bronchitis? Sometimes it can be rather frustrating when you have a nasty, mucous-producing cough. It is very tempting to go to your doctor and have him/her prescribe an antibiotic.

Unfortunately, antibiotics won’t cure you unless a bacterial infection caused your bronchitis. This breed of bronchitis is rare. If anything, antibiotics could hurt you in the long run.

Bronchitis is a condition where your bronchial tubes are infected. The infection causes mucous build-up, which clogs up your airways.

Naturally your body doesn’t like having obstructions like this, so its reaction is to cough it up. Unfortunately, the more you cough, the more you irritate your bronchial tubes.

When you get to this point, you are probably dying for a cure for bronchitis. I would get bronchitis almost annually because I had a weak immune system. I wanted to figure out how to cure bronchitis without having to ask for a prescription.

I learned that you need to attack the source if you hope to cure bronchitis at all. What I needed was some way to kill those germs that were creating the problem. Before I figured this out, I was suffering from bronchial problems each year.

My immune system was in bad shape after I’d contracted Dengue Fever in the Caribbean. So I decided to consult an alternative medicine doctor, who was able to come up with a mixture of ingredients intended to work specifically for me.

Whenever I feel a cold coming on, instead of having the hopelessness that it will turn into bronchitis, I can be assured that my cold ends with the cold. If you want to cure bronchitis, you may want to get some alternative medical advice.

When you see an alternative doctor, you’ll get great information. The same can’t be said for a prescription that’s easy to fill, but difficult to explain or understand.

Please understand that if you need a cure for bronchitis that is only prescribed by medical doctors, you should go seek that type of advice. Bronchitis caused by bacterial infections is a great example of needing a prescription.

Common sense is often the most important thing you need to cure bronchitis. Drinking plenty of fluids and getting lots of rest is easily the best medicine of all. At the same time, if you feel the need to see a doctor, you should.
