How to Lose Weight Quickly without the pain.
So you want to lose weight quickly, get rid of some flab and trim up your body. Going on a diet is the thing that most people think of first. Unfortunately we tend to associate diet with starving ourselves, terrible tasting food and hot sweaty workouts at the gym. Well why don’t we look at some easy fat burning methods that don’t hurt so much. In its simplest form we lose weight quickly and burn the fat off if our intake in terms of calories is less that what our body burns off during the day.
So we want to keep our metabolism rate up high. We hear about people with a different metabolism never putting on weight. That’s because their metabolism is chugging along at a higher level which in itself is burning up energy.
If you want to lose weight quickly you need to emulate this by keeping your metabolic rate up. Make sure you get up and have an early breakfast. Have a mid-morning snack to keep your body processes moving. Try and have a solid lunch but a smaller evening meal. This will also make sure you have an appetite when you wake up in the morning.
Drink lots of water. Besides hydrating your body, it can help to make you feel full. Keep yourself active. This doesn’t necessarily mean hard strenuous exercise but it even helps just to keep moving. Move around, jump up and down occasionally, walk a bit or run up the stairs. Get out in the yard and run around chasing a ball. It is fun and the more you get increase your heart rate, (within limits), the more you enjoy it.
Try to ensure you eat just a bit less at your major meal sittings. Don’t keep eating until you are full or until the plate is finished. Don’t go without meals to lose weight quickly but if you have to miss a meal make it the evening meal. Instead of just sitting on the couch when you watch TV, do something active.
Exercise is an issue we can’t really get away from. It is really what keeps us fit and healthy. The problem for many of us is that life’s daily priorities and urgencies tend to get in the way. Pretty soon that exercise schedule is way out of the window.
A great solution for this is to set a time each morning to get out of bed and exercise. Firstly it is good for the body to have the same get out of bed time each day and secondly the morning exercise regime will really get your metabolism kick started for the day.
It is definitely a feel-good exercise as once you get your heart pumping, you will feel much more positive about the day. It is a good time just to clear your head, think about the day ahead, improve your cardio vascular system and burn some calories as well.
