Natural Pimple Remedies from the Fridge and Cupboard
Although there are some good home remedies for acne and curing pimples, keep in mind that just because it’s food or natural, doesn’t mean everything is appropriate for your skin. Many with acne skin actually need to be careful due to sensitivities.
There are some nice testimonials about squeezing a lemon and mixing it with a bit of water to apply directly on the acne skin problem. Do not use this liquid however if you have open eruptions due to playing with your skin as there may be burning. Test this for a little bit to see how it works for you.
A mask made from an egg is also recommended to help acne skin heal. First you need to beat the egg and then after it’s mixed, apply to your skin. Let it dry fully. You will need to use warm water to wash the egg off after it dries. There is a lot of protein in an egg.
A cucumber mask is useful to refine and tone the skin. Some mix it with yogurt or other ingredients, but you can use it alone after you chop and grate it up. The cucumber has healing and refreshing properties. After placing this on your skin , get in bed for 20 minutes and then rinse it off your skin. Feel the tightening and toning it’s accomplished.
Mix oatmeal with water and apply to the skin once it has become a paste. Leave it on like a mask for approximately fifteen minutes. There are products you can buy that have oatmeal in them and are used in the bathtub, but you can make this yourself easily. Rinse off after fifteen minutes.

It also contains many bacteria fighting properties that get below the skin to fight acne germs before they cause a pimple on the surface of your skin. One of the best things about this home acne cure is the price. Not only is apple cider vinegar relatively inexpensive, one small bottle will last you a long time, because for this remedy to be effective, you need to dilute the vinegar with water. Simply add one part vinegar to six parts water and dab some of the solution on a clean cotton ball. Rub the vinegar water Apple cider vinegar is a product that is inexpensive and easy to find in the supermarket. It fights bacteria which is what the topical antibiotics do for acne. It is acidic so remember to dilute it in a 7:1 proprtion with water being higher. Ue a cotton ball and apply to your skin. Some also take a little apple cider vinegar internally to help their body ph.
Our culture focuses a lot on the external, so it’s easy to feel discouraged when your skin isn’t flawless. Learn about your skin and when it tends to break out. Continue to use antibacterial products to help control the problem. You are really the person inside and showing others your generosity, good listening skills and inner talents is what really matters.
